Couldn’t rate Shan enough! He installed four new radiators (two in new positions), fitted a hive system and disconnected an old gas fire for us. From the first moment he was consultative and helped get the right radiators purchased, we almost massively under powered our rooms. You can always make your own decisions and he’s clear on any limitations they might cause such as just not heating the room if you don’t get higher power radiators. The work was clean, diligent and when there was a problem part Shan even took on handling a supplier we had bought the items from. A big thanks and we’ll definitely have him back when we get to our next rooms in the renovation. ~ Ian R
I recently had Shan come out to fit an outdoor tap, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Shan was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He assessed the setup quickly, explained what needed to be done, and completed the job efficiently with no mess left behind. The tap was installed neatly and works perfectly, great pressure and no leaks. He even took the time to test everything and make sure I was happy with the result before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be having Shan back for other jobs inside the house. It’s great to find someone reliable and skilled that you can trust for more than just one job. Highly recommend! ~ josh w
Absolutely excellent service - we've had numerous issues in our property since moving into it in August, including boiler needing replaced after failing a service, old piping supplying a radiator bursting following the replacement, and 2 radiators also needing replaced. Shan and his team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and flexible (despite evidently having a lot of other work going on), and helped us with all of it, and finished all to a high standard. Could not recommend them more, and will definitely be using them again in the future! ~ Marc -

Yes, we provide annual servicing to ensure your heating system runs smoothly and efficiently.
Can you give a cost for replacing my combination boiler?
There are multiple variables in determining the cost of a boiler installation including boiker location, gas supply, condensate disposal, warranty length to mention some. Generally a site visit is required to issue and accurate quote. Typically an installation can vary from £1500 to £3000. Feel free to get in touch for a free quote.

My gas hob is burning yellow and orange but not all the time what can fix it
Hi there, A yellow flame indicates incomplete combustion. This issue on a hob usually arises from dirt and debris on the burner ports or injector. You could try to clean the burners thoroughly with a brush and warm soapy water. Ensure the holes are fully clear before reassembling. Also be careful not to get any water in the ignition electrode as this can damage them. If you still have the same issue then I advised getting a Gas Safe registered engineer to resolve the issue.
