I recently had Shan come out to fit an outdoor tap, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Shan was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He assessed the setup quickly, explained what needed to be done, and completed the job efficiently with no mess left behind. The tap was installed neatly and works perfectly, great pressure and no leaks. He even took the time to test everything and make sure I was happy with the result before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be having Shan back for other jobs inside the house. It’s great to find someone reliable and skilled that you can trust for more than just one job. Highly recommend! ~ josh w

Couldn’t rate Shan enough! He installed four new radiators (two in new positions), fitted a hive system and disconnected an old gas fire for us. From the first moment he was consultative and helped get the right radiators purchased, we almost massively under powered our rooms. You can always make your own decisions and he’s clear on any limitations they might cause such as just not heating the room if you don’t get higher power radiators. The work was clean, diligent and when there was a problem part Shan even took on handling a supplier we had bought the items from. A big thanks and we’ll definitely have him back when we get to our next rooms in the renovation. ~ Ian R

Tldr; Shan is fantastic. If you’re looking for someone who does top of the line work, done with care and attention look no further. Based the reviews here I asked Shan to install a new gas boiler heating system in my house. Everything in my house is solid brick and concrete. No plasterboard. So I was concerned there would be trunking and copper pipes everywhere. Shan was able to figure out runs and radiator placements that would minimise any visible pipes and provide more than enough heat output for the house. Throughout the process he turned up when he said he would, called when he said he would and explained everything as he went, super reliable. I’ve never had a gas boiler so he took the time to explain how it all worked and ensured we understood. The fit took just under two days and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The house is toasty and the whole thing was totally pain free for us. Lovely guy and a top job. I’ve found my guy for gas and heating! ~ SuperMechaDug

Absolutely excellent service - we've had numerous issues in our property since moving into it in August, including boiler needing replaced after failing a service, old piping supplying a radiator bursting following the replacement, and 2 radiators also needing replaced. Shan and his team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and flexible (despite evidently having a lot of other work going on), and helped us with all of it, and finished all to a high standard. Very prompt reply to an initial enquiry and they were flexible with finding a mutually suitable time to come out to fix the issue. Unlike some companies they said what they thought was wrong and estimated how much time and what the cost may be to fix the boiler if it was the issue they suspected which was very helpful to know in advance. Fixed the issues with our boiler right away and within the time they thought it would take. Boiler's now working great and I'd definitely recomend SA Heating Services for any work. ~ Louise S

I had a boiler installed by a supposed reputable one man band. I had problems with it for about 6 months, constantly returning but the issue was never fixed. Shan was recommended to me. He came out the following week, diagnosed the issue within about 20 minutes and fitted the part a couple of days later after he sourced it. Explained what was wrong and what needed replaced. Very professional and very easy to work with. I’ll be using him going forward for servicing and and issues I run into. Highly recommended. ~ chris47983

Shan replaced our boiler and was brilliant to deal with – really nice and trustworthy guy. Communication was clear and carried out the job to a high standard. Shan recommended and fitted a boiler for us last month after ours stopped working altogether. He was very accommodating, both in answering questions about a suitable spec for the size of our home, and in getting us up and running as quickly as possible by fitting us in evening/weekends around other jobs. Shan was brilliant. Booked him in to remove an old gas hob and to cap an old gas pipe for me. He was quick and charged a fair price. During the removal, he noticed there was an existing issue where the pressure was dropping, he then removed the pipe causing the issue and performed tests to ensure it was fixed before leaving the job. Boiler broke down due to this bad cold spell and thankfully Shan managed to fit us into a crazy schedule and do an emergency repair, I would highly recommend SA Heating and I greatly appreciate what he managed to do for us. 5 Stars all the way. I organised a boiler service under my home care cover to be told my boiler could not be repaired. This was a real worry for me as my Dad was just out of hospital so needed it replacing asap especially with it being winter and 2020! After a crazy quote I got in touch with Shan from SA Heating and I can not praise him enough I explained the additional pressure I had with my Dad and he was extremely empathic and prioritised this work 3 days before Christmas as well! On visiting to inspect the property he was extremely professional and explained how the works would be carried out and what also what work didnt need done! The quote was extremely reasonable coming in very quickly and on installation he kept disruption to a bare minimum. Shan communicated all aspects of the works throughout the process and ensured we were comfortable with what had been installed! While working he kept the space very clean and tidy which is a real bonus when having works carried out in your home and took all refuge away also. I can not rate his workmanship enough extremely down to earth and easy to work with from start to finish. ~ pamela b

Consistently great service from SA Heating. The only person I’ll use to service my boiler now, prices are excellent and so is the workmanship, so much so that I used him to install a new boiler at my dads (went over and above on that one!). Did a spot on job installing my Hive and even went out his way to talk me through some issues I had with my central heating last year after I was trying my hand at some DIY Highly recommended! ~ mark m

🔥 Amazing, Shan fixed what the previous guy gave up on 🔥 A guy from another company comes round, pokes about a bit, fixes nothing, says I needed a new boiler and charges me £85. Shan comes round and within a couple of hours my hot water is back, the pressure is sorted, and he reckons the boiler is sound for the foreseeable. Watch out for rogue traders and just call SA to begin with. ~ Eliot M

He always responds to calls, arrives on time and is neat and tidy when working. Hot water wasn't working and I had an fault code coming up on my boiler. Shan fit me in quickly and upon a quick inspection explained what had happened, what needed done, and also some surrounding info that may be useful if I have any further issues down the line. Would 100% recommend to anyone. I contacted SA Heating Services in the morning, being off supply due to a fault with my boiler. They attended that afternoon, updating me on when they’d arrive and had sorted the issue within half an hour. Will absolutely be calling again in the future should anything else pop up! ~ Calum B

Decided to go with Shan based on reviews I’d read and was glad we did. Didn’t require a particularly big job to be carried out so was grateful Shan didn’t turn us away. Excellent Service, came back from holiday and had no pressure in my boiler and no heating throughout the flat - phoned SA Heating after 11pm at night and they talked me through my problem easily, efficiently and clear, resulting in a working boiler! no need for a call out and they handled the situation with professionalism!
