I recently had Shan come out to fit an outdoor tap, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Shan was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He assessed the setup quickly, explained what needed to be done, and completed the job efficiently with no mess left behind.
The tap was installed neatly and works perfectly, great pressure and no leaks. He even took the time to test everything and make sure I was happy with the result before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
I’ll definitely be having Shan back for other jobs inside the house. It’s great to find someone reliable and skilled that you can trust for more than just one job. Highly recommend!

My mum had one radiator not working at all. We contacted Shan to arrange a power flush after it being recommended via two previous engineers. We wanted to go with a company that specialises in Power-flushing to ensure the job was done correctly. From contacting Shan he was very helpful and flexible. He arranged a visit a week before the Powerflush to put some chemicals in to help breakdown any sludge ahead of the flush the following week. He arrived promptly for both visits, giving my mum a call prior to his arrival. He was very pleasant and carried out the job in a professional manor. My mum was very happy with the way he conducted himself. She said he was the first engineer to take his shoes off at the door on his own behalf. Radiator now working. Would recommend Shan and his team 100%

We recently had issues with our boiler, our insurance company contacted Shan to effect a repair on our behalf. he was quick to attend and get the heating back on track. However, reinstating the hot water another matter in spite of Shan's best efforts. The boiler was over 18 years old and beyond economic repair. At this point we opted for a replacement and we are delighted with the result. Shan is a credit to his trade he is professional, diligent and has a high degree of integrity. Going forward, SA Heating Services will be my first port of call should I require heating services.
